1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Atlas Intelligence Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Delivery & Scope
All custom software development, AI automation workflows, Google My Business optimizations, and paid ad management services are delivered according to explicit project scope statements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full settlement of project invoices, all custom web codebase, n8n workflow configurations, and graphic assets developed for client projects become the exclusive property of the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
Atlas Intelligence Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages (such as Meta, Google, or OpenAI platform downtime).
